Finalist - City of Port Phillip 2010 Design and Development Awards
The City of Port Phillip has recently selected Martin Hodge's project at 17 Robe Street, St Kilda (La Fontaine Lane) as a finalist under the Best Contribution to Urban Art Category in the council's Design and Development Awards.

Houdini Festival of Flight
The Shire of Melton is holding a series of events this weekend (21 and 22 March) to celebrate the 100 year anniversary of Australia's first powered, controlled, sustained flight by Harry Houdini at Diggers Rest. Martin Hodge's Houdini sculpture commission at the nearby Hillside estate is part of the public art component of the celebrations. The sculptures are located on Kinetic Drive and Domain Drive, Hillside.

La Fontaine Lane Project
Martin Hodge has recently completed an art commission for the redevelopment of the former Alliance Française site comprising of 27 laser cut panels. The panels form a laneway fenceline and courtyard screening running off Robe Street, St Kilda.. The panels have incorporated images and text from the fables of Jean De La Fontaine. Circles 3 design was used for the lower section of the panels.
Contributors to this project included Cr. Serge Thomann, Commercial Property Ventures, R.M Building, Ascui Edwards Architects and Goulding Engineering. The City of Port Phillip is planning to rename the laneway La Fontaine Lane.
